    AI prohibits gains

    Hey jw if anyone with a great deal of experience thinks that running an AI (I WILL BE running anastrozole .25mg eod) hinders gains in any way?

    It will only hinder gains if you knock your e down to low.

    Agree, and @ 0.25mg eod it is not likely to happen.

    You need estrogen for muscle volume, sex drive, and overall better health. You'll feel like crap if your E's down too low.
