I don't understand why I read a lot of guys doing a cutting cycle then u read further down and they are only doing cardio once or twice a week. Wtf....u should be doing cardio like 5 days a week. Sorry, was just bothering me.

Diet is the key to cutting. Different levels of cardio for different folks personal preference, starvation cardio is supposed to burn the most fat. that's cardio in the am before eating anything.

Diet/cardio diet/cardio diet/cardio. He's right, different people do need different plans of attack. I know this may sound fruity to some but I keep a notebook log on and off cycle. My situation is not unique at all; even when not on any gear my E2 runs pretty high as does for most males in my bloodline. I find myself having to do more and more cardio to keep the love handle fat away. Is that not one of the byproducts of a high E2 count? Even with proper diet. It's always been a benefit for me to be able to look back and see what I was doing that worked and what doesn't. I change the battle plan when need be.

You have it backwards...the love handles cause the elevated E2 not vice versa.
Simple...diet=cutting...cardio+diet=cutting faster! Now can we stop talking about the "C" word please?!

Some people can do that. It's not for everyone. Look at kelkel. The man never touched a treadmill and has abs of steel.

My body metabolism's no longer the same as when I was in my 20's and 30's. I had the body metabolism of a humming bird. Every everything can can't gain weight. Now that I'm middle aged, that's not the case anymore. I have to do diet/cardio to cut belly fat. I think each person's different in age, chemical makeup, body type, and body metabolism. Some can cut fat with just diet, lucky dogs. While guys like me have to diet and cardio. It doesn't matter how we get those six packs. All six packs look good.

Lunk, i'm gonna go ahead and say you are wrong. love handles dont cause high e2, excess fat causes high e2.
Having love handles does not automatically mean you are fat. For example,
When I get lower in bf, naturally, and am not using an AI, I have love handles and a six pack. I've always had high e2.
If you have some sort of actual evidence to support your claim, go ahead...but it really bothers me when people say things like that.
It's like saying, You're fat and lazy, thats why you have high e2!
Sorry...no...

That's the thing with me, the older I get the more I had to adjust my diet. I'm not 1 of the lucky sob's that can just cut though diet at all. I've also noticed the last few years that I find myself stepping up my cardio. The marine copes beats the PT into your head and for me it stuck but the same old tricks don't work the way they used to. It's been a long term trial and error for me. Last year after my injury I packed on almost 2% more body just being laid up for those 7 months, what a b&$@h fighting back is but I am still pleased with where I'm at right now.

Easy killer...it was more humor poking at the fact he said he believed high E2 caused excess fat...when in reality higher BF can contribute to elevated estrogen levels.
Yes I realize that you have stated many times that you have naturally high E2 levels even at lower BF? But your situation is not the norm
