I have read a lot of info but one question I need answered us when u make it to 100 or 120 mcg do u have to split up when.u take it? I work a weird schedule so there will be days that kind of conflict but I plan on running at the same time everyday. Some of those days...like 2, I will want to lay back down in like 5 or 6 hours. How would taking it all at once effect me?
