    Newbie User - Please Advise!

    Starting cycle tomorrow, just wanted to make sure I have everything covered!

    Gear
    Royal Pharmaceuticals Sustabol Sustanon 250 - 1ml every 3 days (total 10ml)
    Royal Pharmaceuticals Stanabol Stanozolol 100 - 1ml every 2 days starting week 2 (total 10ml)

    Supplements
    Optimum Nutrition Glutamine 1000mg - 2 capsules daily
    Purus Labs Recycle - 4 capsules daily
    Purus Labs Organ Shield - 2 capsules daily
    Muscle Pharm Assault - 1 scoop before workout
    BodyTech - Whey Tech Pro 24 - 1 scoop twice daily

    Anything else I should add to this routine?

    Sorry should have clarified - been out of high school since 18. I have been training for the last 6 months. I trained in high school from ages 14-18, and nothing in between till I started training 6 months ago. Hope this helps!

    you would want at least a few years of solid training before you hope on the gear, to allow your tendons and ligaments to strengthen, to build a solid base and to learn what training and diet best suits you..

    you only have 1 vial of test and 1 vial of winny?? if that's the case then you don't have enough gear to be running a cycle anyways..

    IMHO I would not start that cycle for a number of reasons that I'm sure will be covered. Take some time to study up on this entire website and take some more time of weight training to build up the strength of your connective tissue so that no injuries occur due to the rapid muscle growth... Educate

    OK. I understand now.

    1. Six months of training is not enough time to jump into cycling. You could easily get injured.
    2. Body fat is not terrible, but certainly wouldnt hurt to drop that a couple percentages so that you actually see the results.
    3. Research more. Read up on AI's, hCG and PCT protocols. This will help you succeed in your first future cycle.

    My advice would be to continue training hard, but eat even harder. Have the pro's in the nutrition section evaluate your diet. AAS will do nothing without proper nutrition. These are calculated formulas that you can learn all about in the diet section.

    I know it's probably not what you wanted to hear, but I'd like to see you setup for success. Without the above, you'd be setting yourself up to fail. No sense in wasting time, money and risking injury.

    Just for reference:
    Austinite - what body fat percentage should I drop to before starting? I will read up on AI's, hCG and PCT protocols.
    kronik420 - how many vials would I need of each?
    In terms of supplements, am I okay?

    I will keep all the comments in mind for when I do begin!

    16% is safer. And I would do a cutting cycle when you're ready. I would never bulk unless under 14% or 13% even better.

    do some research over the next few years and you will find the answers to your questions..

    as for supplements, all you'll need is:

    creatine, whey (if you can get your required protein intake from real food then you won't need this..), fish oil caps

    Definitely didn't start today, I will do more research over the next week or two and come up with a new game plan, since obviously I am not educated enough.

    I really planned on getting ready for summer by doing a short cycle over the next 4 weeks, just to bulk and cut a bit, but it's probably a really bad idea.

    My gear doesn't expire till late 2016 so I could potentially hold off a while.

    With that said, it's going to be quite hard to have gear and not use it!

    Man am a new to this to all you have to do is make sure you got some arimidex to go with your cycle at all time this prevent sides and gyno . For your first cycle you should do tren ace and test prop are my favored test put size plus dont drop your sex drive.tren put size and cuts and 1 to 8 weeks test prop tren ace arimidex 9 to 10 weeks winnie and you will be looking awsome. And make use you sanitized went injecting please that the most important you dont want a infection and have a strict diet and you be good . People in here they attack the new ppl like they was a time that they didn't know how to use steroids everybody was a noob on this ones stop acting like ya all scientist and shit because i dont see no degrees on here we here because we want to look big look good and be safe i just had to get it out of my head .

    Terrible advice. He's a beginner; you say start with tren? Lol

    And actually there are members here who have degrees in medicine..... so in essence they are scientist.

    The least sound advise I've heard today. Tren is nightmare if your not ready for it. I waited till my 4th cycle and now it retrospect I say ( along with others here) it was still too early. Read, eat, train, grow and drop some BF....can't go wrong with a plan like that. Good luck and welcome.

    You were "attacked" because you're giving awful advice... Noone in their right mind would recommend tren as a first cycle as it is known to have harsh sides. But to recommend tren test and winny all at the same time? (Rolls eyes) a new user, and to some degree, even more experienced users with several cycles under their belt, would have a hard time telling what sides are coming from which compound and how to properly control them.

    What you do to your own body is stupid. But please don't advise others to do the same
