Yep, yep , gotta eat. I've cycled and not eaten good and my gains were not much, then after cycle I just dropped pushing any food. I lost the water and was flat , N/G. So then I got smarter ( years ago) and started to eat every two hours, pushed it in and my gains were double ( grain of salt) I ate afterwards and kept most of the gains.
