Gyno question.
Not sure that I have early gyno symptoms or just being paranoid. Like an idiot I didn't start an AI w beginning of my cycle. I have Aromasin on the way now. Should be here this week and I will begin immediately. My question after reading this is: letrozole my only option for reversing or will Aromasin be sufficient to help if there's even really an issue? Also one other question. Does Aromasin have an anti-receptor cell ability or only SERMS?
I've read multiple stickys and got as much info as I can, but after awhile it just seems like a jumbled up mess. Hoping someone can answer my question specifically.

1) Don't touch your nipples or rub them. it will make the issue worse.
2) Don't stress about it, worrying will make the issue worse.
Letrozole has helped me more-so than any other AI for gyno removal.
Aromasin may be sufficient to stop the growth in its tracks, Often gyno will subside when estrogen levels are lowered. however, the aromasin may need to be run at a higher dose. it's all based on individual response.
Masteron in my last cycle was a godsend. I had a bit of gyno flare up in my test/tren cycle, so I added masteron prop and within two weeks it was gone.
I've developed gyno on every single cycle ive ran...I'm highly sensitive to e2 and have a mild case of childhood gyno anyway.
In the future, i'm sticking to low-dose test and non-aromatizing compounds.
My recommendation:
Watch it for a few days, if you start to get itchy nipples and water retention jump on nolva and use letrozole. That *should knock it out quickly

Thanks a lot man, very helpful...thanks especially for the advice on leaving it alone bc I have been in the mirror every five minutes examining and have definitely been stressing. I'll just leave it alone and start the aromasin the minute it arrives. This is my first cycle ever, I should have had the AI from the beginning, but I suppose it's a learning process. How would you dose the aromasin? I read 10mg ED, but should I start higher to begin with?

I would start with 10mg ED and adjust as necessary.
On the first day, I personally would run 20mg to get it working a bit quicker, based on your gyno situation.

I would dose no less than 12.5mg Ed. If I were you I would go 25mg Ed until the symptoms subside then back it down a little if you'd like. Keep in mind Aromasin takes a few days for your blood levels to stabilize.

When I asked on a different thread where to order from I was told AR-R at the top of the page. That's where I went. Placed order on Sat, didn't ship until today, and then got email saying 5-7 business days. Hopefully that's not too late....

Yep! They give you an oral syringe and you just measure it up and put it right in your mouth.

12.5mg ED for Aromasin is the minimum dose i would use as a primary AI on cycle. 10mg will do very little to help your cause. And running it for 20mg the first day will do zero. This compound takes approx a wk to saturate your blood serum levels. Bare in mind the half life is about 9 hours.
Also Masteron is a poor choice for an Aromatase Inhibitor. However, it has been reported by a small number to have aided in their estrogen androgen/estrogen ratio. But its no substitute for a proper Aromatase Inhibitor like Arimidex or Aromasin.
Aromasin is an AI, Nolva is a SERM - similar but different. Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor and permanently disables the aromatise enzyme. Nolva is an anti estrogen as well and but targets the androgen receptors in the breast area only.
