Hey guys
This is my first post.
My stats:
Age: 29
6 foot
214 pounds
10% BF
Naturally an ectomoroh body type
My first cycle was:
13 weeks
300mg test e & 200mg equipoise per week
I gained 7 pounds of solid lean muscle without fat & am still holding onto it nicely and I had abs the whole way through my cycle (people had said I would lose abs on a bulk)
I was very happy with my results, from what I see on the forums here I think my doses were low?
But still very happy with the result!
Next Goal: to gain 15 pounds of lean muscle on my 2nd cycle.
Is this realistic? Do I stick with the same compounds? Or change it up? What doses? Etc
I am good at sticking to diet & exercise regime.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have not used EQ before, but from what I've heard and read, it is not worth it.
It is recommended that you use Test only cycles for the first couple of times.
How long has it been since your last cycle?

Keep it simple since the 1st one worked for you. Drop the EQ and bump the test up to 400.

Test is king. I did Sus250 500mg/wk my first cycle with dbol . I shouldn't have done the dbol in hind sight. The retained water puffed me up like the Pillsbury dough boy. Sus250 hurt like crazy but I gained about 10lbs of lean muscle after PCT.

If it worked the first time go with it again! EQ is generally regarded as a waste of oil here, and it's the reason I will never use it. If anything just up the test to 400-590mg/ wk. there general "beginner cycle" is 500mg test E weekly so that's where I would start. If you feel a need to add a compound it's goal dependent, but I would stay away form the eq

Dam is someone giving away EQ? Seems like a lot of guys want to run that junk!
