Well bro the thing with Sus its a painfull injection so its best to mix with deca as you are, the Prop in Sus ideally needs to be injected more frequently tha once a week ideally EOD or even ED but that would equate to alot of gear!
Inject Sun/Wed or Mon/Thur. 250mg Sus/200mg Deca each time.

I am on the same cycle as what you are about to begin. I have been injecting 1 a wk and I have had great results!! I am at my tail end now (8th wk out of 10wk cycle)!!
