Cancer on cycle sucks just as much as cancer off cycle - and there's not PCT for it.

    ....?

To the op, cigars are fine bro, nothing wrong with em if its not a frequent thing. Now cigarettes, different story bro, stay far away from that trash.

I feel the same way really. I think it would be alright though as long as it didnt become a habit.

tobacco/nicotine is a vascoconstrictor - it narrows the blood vessels, opposite of what you want to do when lifting weights.

Think! Arginine is a vascodialator and we take it preworkout because...................?

So what's the difference. Cigars are fine but cigarettes are trash? Could you explain your reasoning?

Is stabbing yourself in the gut with a large kitchen knife OK on cycle?

not to put words in big's mouth, but quite often it is a "frequency" thing.

cigarette smokers do it 20x a day, and cigarettes are designed for addiction

cigar smokers, on the other hand, smoke how many a day? 1? 2?

a cigar has more shit in it than a cigarette.

I smoke cigars, but not cigarettes. and pretty much only when I'm on my harley.

Tobacco in any form is not good.

With that being said, I enjoy the occasional cigar. I am not a regular smoker, but I do own quite a few very large Cuban Churchill cigars (Romeo + Juliets) and I tend to enjoy one every couple of months or so, whether on cycle or off. It doesn't hurt gains. But if you are a regular smoker of any type (cigarettes, cigars, etc.), then you are asking for trouble. Honestly, this question shouldn't even be asked, it is common sense.

An occasional smoker can have half his face removed from cancer, too.

    Mmm a fellow cigar connoiseur??

Like I said in my previous post, I enjoy one every 1 - 2 months or so. Nothing wrong with rare/occasional use like that. 1 - 2 cigars per day is pretty bad though, and i'd wager just as bad as 20 cigarettes per day in a different way.

It's actually been a couple of years since I lit one up.

and the best cheap cigars I've found are the Swisher Sweets wood tips.

    Why?
they are almost always fresh, and therefore burn cool
plus they are sweet, not harsh.
now, if you dip in a glass of sherry and let it dry for a bit, every once in a while, not too bad.......
plus you can chew the hell out of em while riding and they will not fall apart.

Swisher Sweets are pretty damn good! But nothing, and I mean NOTHING compares to this:

I will have to try the dipping in sherry tip sometimes, I never heard of that before.

To each their own...Personally, i never saw the reason for cigar's. You puff on some big tobacco filled "thing" and blow the smoke out. OK.

Cigs, i guess at least you get something from it cause you're inhaling it. And that's all fine.

But for arguments sake, it's all bad. But if i was to choose one, it would be cigs.

So we can smoke more? So our c0ck looks all veiny? OK I give, why?

I TRIED to smoke cigars off and on for a couple of years but just never got into it or enjoyed it in any way. Same with beer, never acquired a taste for it. I smoked cigarets for a short time that started out as a week end thing when having drinks with friend and then when on vacation but soon it started to become a habit so I stopped.

smoking a cigar (for me anyway) is more about the experience, seldom will I smoke alone, and If i do it's to relax, it's very soothing..

But to smoke a good cigar with men (sometimes women but it changes the experience) it's a bond building exercise really, a shared joy.

    I'm not into $20 cigars.

and I've never really had a "good" cigar that meets all the criterion of a havanna. problem is, most of the good cigars seem stale and burn hot. which is why i like the swisher sweets wood tip. $4 gets you 5 cigars. AND they stay lit on the harley

Might as well light a $5, $10 or $20 dollar bill and watch it burn. I just don't get it. May be because both of my parents died of lung cancer from smoking.
