    i have a question?

    I pin my self i the upper head of the tripcet area but it look like after i pin my self i went to the gym and work on my arms and went i went home. i had a red mark on the lower head it look like it was swollen a bit . Have this never happend to ya

    The tri may be able to take the 2 CC depending on your individual size however the fact that you worked the muscle out will have no effect, in fact many prefer to do this as a method to help the oil absorb (I don't think it helps). As Austin said..most likely did a bit of muscle damage with the pin as the tri can be a bit akward to hit.

    You right about that i mean that what i was trying to do spread the liquid around sins is so much on one little spot
