Recovery from long cycle VS short one

    hey guys
    i have a question
whats the difference in recovery from 8 weeks testosterone prop cycle VS lets say 16 weeks TEST E cycle ?
from my research " shorter cycles are easier on HPTA because it gets shut for shorter time so recovery is easier...
BUT if HCG is used during. will it really make a difference ??? also adding another compounds thats harsher will that make a difference too ??
like test prop, tren ace VS test e, tren E for 16 weeks ???
i heard you shouldnt do any cycle of 12-16 weeks unless you are on TRT
and you should limit it with 6-12...
im concerned only recovery wise not gains wise

If you're concerned with recovery, I'd recommend shorter cycles. I get great results on 6 weeks of Test Prop/Tren Ace. Wait 3 days and PCT. I did a 14 week Test E/ Deca cycle and took me about 3 to 4 months after PCT to recover. I like shorter cycles because the results are more immediate. I do notice that l feel better during a longer cycle. I mean, the bp and insomnia doesn't seem as bad. Just my personal observation.

    cool
but for cutting purposes. can you get from like 15% BF to less than 10% in 8 weeks ??
you might need longer time, even if T3 and HGH are included...

I had dramatic bf reduction on HGH (5iu/ed)/T4 (100mcg/ed)/Clen (worked upto 120mcg/ed)/Test Prop(300mg/wk)/Tren (200mg/wk) cycle. I was on the Test/Tren/HGH for about 4 weeks when I added the Clen/T4. I went from 12%bf to 9% bf in about 3 1/2 weeks. I was pretty impressed with the results. I do think a lot had to do with my diet. I downloaded a cutting diet from the diet section, adapted it to my body weight, and followed it religiously.

Your research is correct, the shorter the better for recovery in most cases.

thats nice . only 4 weeks!!!!!
im good when it comes to diet. i dont really have problem following a diet. i have been on diet for around year and half and it became part of my life and made great gains naturally from diets....
hopefully i can achieve something close to that and drop 5% BF.... i think when going down from 15 is easier than from 12 ...
so when you say SHORter is easier , how easy ???
like how much easier to recover from ...
cuz there are cycles that people use primo for like 16 weeks and tren E and other stuff and gains are crazy solid from it
but i imagine its long and heavy on HPTA especially with tren taken for 16 weeks continuously....

i pct for 6-8 weeks after my 16 week test e/equipoise cycle. the time from the last pin, all the way leading to after pct took roughly 2 months, then maintainence for another month. so took 3 months to recover minimum from a 4 month cycle.

    Did you recover well ?
Did you keep your gains ?
