I started with 900 mg prop a week and 110 mg anavar daily. I got everything else ready to go, And I have my cycle laid out. Rather than putting down my cycle, and defending why i did what, could you guys give me some ideas?
I dont think i will use the tren prefight. I have read some guys doing 100-200 mg in one shot once a week when they have 2 days of heavy wights without conditioning work. Idk about that. I have also read some about low dose tren, like 10-25 mg a day. I ma do that. Idk if its worth the cardio loss. Im prety strong now i guess, for a skinny guy.
I lift and do cardio almost every day, and i train for mma everyday. I have a fight in 90 or so days.
an idea of my lifts i do and some basic numbers, remember, im not a powerlifter or bodybuilder.

front squat for 3 405
overhead squat for 3, 205

dead lift for 3 565
back squat 495 ( needs work)
pullups 30ish
box jumps for 10 per set 52"
sprints for 60 seconds (10 at least, 1/1 ratio) 14mph
What cycle would get me the best, most explosive strength, while maintaining and building some muscle? I now I wont make big gains with all this cardio i do. I make sure to eat 6000+ cals a day, if i measured calories.
