as far as everyone knows was arnold and the old school boys only on test,deca and d-bol ? just goes to show you dont need all these fancy compounds and can get amazing gains from a few basics obv diet and training is essential i know

Most of the steroids we're all familiar with today existed back then. The late 50's through the 1960's is when most of these hormones were developed.

All available during what everyone refers to as the golden age of bodybuilding. I'm not sure where the idea came from that the old bodybuilders only had access to a few select steroids but that seems to be a common thing many people believe. Now what they didn't have massive access to was things like HGH, Insulin , IGF-1, etc. but when it comes to steroids not that much has changed.

Both Trenbolone Acetate and Parabolan were released in the late 1960's. Parabolan was also released on the pharmaceutical market and was a prescribed anabolic steroid to human beings for more than 30 years until 1997 through Negma Laboratories.
