Running Test Prop 75mg eod or 50mg ed?
ooPs: I meant 100mg eod or 50mg ed!!
This summer I will be training 2-3 times a day - borderline over training but its par for the sport I'm in. If I am wanting to keep bloating to a min and barrel though my daily training, how should I take my prop? I know "test is test" but is it just bro-science that many mma dudes take test prop since it appears to hold less water? I'll be looking to run the prop 16 weeks - I know , but its about the length of my program during the summer and I don't want to get my ass kicked again and feel dead everyday

Your diet will determine how much water you retain I would suggest switching to a longer ester if your wanting to run a lengthy cycle

What are your stats ? Age , cycle exp , no A.I? Pct plan ?
