I ordered some clen from ** and i hope its ok that i ask this question in a open forum if not let me know. I just wanted to know if its 10X the mcg of regular clen like it says because i not sure how much to take.

Most liquid clens are dosed at 120mcg per ml, thats 12 mg per ml.

Huh, tabs come in either 20mcg or 40mcg. I have never seen anything stronger. If the tabs that you ordered are 10 times as strong as normal clen that would put the tabs dose at 200mcg or 400mcg; kind of strong. I have taken 120mcg at once and the shakes were bretty bad. I couldent even imagine taking 400mcg.

That is the main reason i dont deal with ** crap. Never really know what you are getting. I would just suggest trying to get ahold of him and finding out exactly what mcg the pills are.

** super clen is 200mcg. They work fine.

i got some for my roomate. he could only take 1 a day . he was shaking like a crack head so i say they are strong.

Start with 1/2 a day and work your way up to 3/4 and 1 full. It's pretty strong and for the price.
