I got my test checked today cause I felt like it was low and it came back at 399ng with a refernce range of 348-1197 this was done through lab corps and the test was Testosterone Serum. Being 32 and having a done a few cycles in my life would this be considered low T?

Main things I'm concerned with is can I still grow muscle. Is it going to get any lower and how can I increase it without cycling back on forever.

Lab corps test level references are horrible what they go by they will prob tell you your levels are normal from my experience that's a load of crap for me to not feel the issues of low t you would have to be around the 500 range

Been in 500-600 range before and this feels different. Do you have any suggestions, new tests or ideas that I should try?

Suggestions, yes. You need full BW to make a proper assessment. You're levels are low and there's more than likely a reason for it as well as things you can do to improve them. Take a look at the Finding a Doc sticky thread in that forum and get the BW that is recommended.

If you have complete BW post it up in the HRT forum and we'll break it down for you.

Agree with Kelkel. There has to be a reason, and it's important to identify the root cause.

    from kelkel's list...

    • Total Testosterone
    • Bioavailable Testosterone (AKA “Free and Loosely Bound”)
    • Free Testosterone (if Bioavailable T is unavailable)
    • SHBG
    • Estradiol (specify “sensitive” assay for males)
    • LH
    • FSH
    • Prolactin
    • Cortisol
    • Thyroid Panel
    • CBC
    • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
    • Lipid Profile
    • PSA (age dependent)
    • IGF-1, IGFBP-3 (if HGH therapy is being considered)
    • Vitamin D

Thyroid panel is very important here.

Ok I'll call doctor tomorrow and see if he can order all the labs for me and tested tomorrow. Might take a few days till I get it all together. Thank you guys for getting me going in the right direction.

Could any of this be associated with testicular pain at night?
