    5 day-old knot on glute

    Half- golf ball- sized knot.
5 days ago on glute, 6 weeks into first Test cycle with this never happening so far.
Doesn't hurt or anything, but just massaging it out a couple times a day & is kinda tender, but not really.
I searched and gathered that this is just a knot and should go away soon?

What do you guys think? Thanx

Is the knot warmer/hotter than the rest of your body? Have you then your temperature? If say if it's particularly warm or if you have a temp greater than 100ºF you should go and see a doctor. Also if it's getting worse and not better as it's been five days I'd also go to the doc.

I can't say much more the Doc is right on of course. I am wondering what Test, and if it is a blend like supertest 450. That can make a difference in regard to the reason, that's why I ask. But if it's not then I'd go with the doc's op....crazy mike

It's not warm or anything. It's getting better I think with massaging it. I'll keep yall updated in case anyone in the future has this problem.

Glad it's getting better man. You can speed the process along by lying on a heating pad and then massaging the area by rolling on a tennis ball or lacrosse ball. That'll break up any forming scar tissue and get rid of the knot.
