    Lightbulb Need advice

    Well first off im new to the forum and wanted to say whats up before I start asking all these questions. I am wanting to start my SEMI first cycle, I have cycled oral whinny before yes it was whinny only yes I know dumb thing to do but i was young but I got some decent gains out of it and cut down as well. My brother has a very good connect that he has been using for a good while now so the source is taken care of. I am wanting to start my official FIRST cycle. I am open to all opinions I will not fight you like all these other newb idiots constructive criticism please.


    STATS

    AGE: 22
    WEIGHT: 189
    BF%: 11.6
    TRAINING FOR 5 YEARS (EVERYDAY)
    DIET: HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARB LOW FAT (I EAT VERY CLEAN)
    HEIGHT: 6"
    CARDIO: EVERYDAY (45 MIN)
    SUPPS: BCAA ISO100 PREWORK OUT SYNTHA6 (MEAL REPLACEMENT)
    GOAL: 8-9%BF LEAN MUSCLE


    Well I have a bottle of sus 250 and I can get pretty much anything else. I was told a good cycle for me would be a sus250 and tren cylce. I will be pinning on my shoulders cant really do the glutes easier on me. I have the syringes already. I have done research on them but I am no vet so I have come here for guidance. Let me know whatever else you guys need to know. Thank you in advance for the help!

    Can you read that cycyels gone wrong for the young bra.. At 22 your still a tad on the young side..

    And no sus and tren for a first cycle is bad news..

    LOL cadillac ok I see, well Ive got a bottle of sus should I try and sell it of is it safe to run by itself?

    I wouldn't run either of those if I were... Sustanon is 4 diff blends of test bro, people start off with a single ester to see how the body reacts... Get rid of it and do wait a few years and study.. No need to permanently damage your nuts and endo system while its still developing..

    You are on this site for a reason,
    and if you really wanna do juice go for it, they guys are right tho, start off small and build up but screw age, sust is a blend of 4 tests and releases itself a different rates, this isn't great for judging how it body reacts as it cud be any of the tests, run eth (the basic) is you wanna bulk and prop of you wanna be lean, it doesn't bloat or add water, BUT its only 100mg per ml of test wer as eth n cyp are usually 250 mg plus....so u will have to take prop EOD to really experience it, as for a hardener like tren you don't need it as u haven't even ran test trust me try test out a few times (not 10) b
    But when u wanna step it up consider a hardener, but TBH a first timer is gonna be blown away by the test, trust me, any more questions id love to try help u,

    OP How tall are you? And how did you measure your bodyfat? Call me crazy, but I smell something fishy here.

    Op, you're 22. You don't need AAS. If you're working out EVERYDAY and doing cardio everyday, you probably are both burning too many calories to gain on your diet AND you're overtraining.

    Post us your workout routine and your diet.

    You can largely ignore this OP. most certainly do not 'go for it' because a 21 year old suggested it. And to suggest that prop doesn't cause bloat is ridiculous, diet is the deciding factor here and management of your AI. Also your diet will dictate whether you bulk or cut not test compound. Please stop trying to help.

    What hear smells fishy? Im 6" even, body fat was determined in the gym by a trainer.

    ROUNTINE

    BICEPS/BACK
    TRICEPS/CHEST
    LEG DAY

    Reason I break it down this way is it is so hard for me to get sore anymore. Yes I go heavier, yes I change from free weights to machines to cables, I train very hard.

    When are resting/growing if u train everyday? Thats a lot, especially 5 years.

    My off days are I usually go in and work out my abs/obliques with some cardio

    Juice, you know muscles aren't made IN the gym. You need rest time where you're actually resting. Have you tried doing a 4-5 day training week then taking the other days off where you can get actual rest?

    Like give your shoulders their own day and maybe do cardio and abs on the 5th day. Then actually get real leisurely relaxation the other two days. Then the weekends just relax and NOT go to the gym.

    You could do

    Chest/tri
    back/biceps
    legs
    shoulders
    abs/cardio
    rest
    rest

    You could even be more creative than that and squeeze it in to a 4 day week. Point is you need to have enough time where you're not working out so that you can recover fully. Then you'll start making more gains.

    Ok I'll give that one a try. So I should also cut cardio out on the weekends as well? I've grown accustomed to running everyday. Also a little off topic but I get freakishly hungry at night is there anything you guys could recommend to help with that or what do you do besides just eat lol or maybe a good snack at night?
