    3rd cycle

If my TDEE is 3300 would 4000 a day be overkill or would that be sufficient to pack on the lean muscle mass? I got good gains from my previous two cycles but I did way too many compounds at way too high a dose I'm trying to do it the right way this time

    Running 10 week cycle

    Test prop 500mg ew
Tbol 100mg ed for first 4 weeks

This should probably be in the nutrition forum, but......

Personally I would start at 300 over your true maintenance and adjust from there. As you gain you will need to adjust your cals accordingly, every 7-14 days.

Why are you running prop 10 weeks? Experience? Most prop cycles start stalling by 8 weeks.

    Do you intend to prime?

Yes 4000 is unrealistic anyway. No way i could consistently eat that much. I know prop cycle are traditionally 8 week but I ran a 12 week and was still feeling it so 10 seems like a happy medium. I'm not against shortening it to 8 depending on how I feel.

I don't even know what priming is. Just that it's the way to eat before you start your cycle correct? My first pin was today

Yes, you do a simple, lower than maintenance, carb cycle for 6 weeks and then your body should super compensate by absorbing all the extra nutrients when your cycle starts and you go to excess calories.

What is your weight and body fat? 3300 seems excessive that's all if your stats are similar to those in your profile. Do you have an energetic job?

This whole calculator thing is the reason I like to run an actual maintenance diet for a while so I know exactly what calories I should be eating. I can be a little anal about it though.

Your wasting your time! Only exceptionaly good looking ppl like myself shoud be using gear. You need to stop and understand AAS will not make you less ugly. You are risky further issues with your already moderate looks

Weight change was water weight and I had some banquet food binging. Too much work not enough time to eat properly. My average weight is like 215 tho. But I'm not there yet, getting there fast tho

I'd put your maintenance at about 2800-2900 based on a very simple calculator. most formula's way overestimate tdee. It's really up to you to work out where you are at though, if you go straight in at 3800 it's highly likely there will be fat gain. That's the downside of not running a maintenance diet so you know where you're at.

Well i want to believe you because 3500 is much more realistic for me to consume. I want to put on as much muscle as possible but I want to be lean toned and cut. Not too worried about fat gain I got t3 and clen and besides that I can cut weight quickly even without the added help.

How did you reach that as my TDEE, though?

We devised a simple formula of LBM x 15, it seems to work for most people. It's pretty much bang on for me and that's with me lifting and doing cardio 4x per week. I guess you'll have to adjust as you go along you just need to keep a close eye on things. When bulking I tend to limit my fats and the daily intake is 50-60g, especially when carbs are high.

I want to cut. I want to do lean bulking I guess. You can't get cut without adding muscle, at least with my genetics you can't

Deduct your body fat from your total weight. You need to spend more time in the nutrition forum and less time in the Q&A!!!
