Poor diet
I have been on my vacation for about 2 weeks eating whatever i wanted pizza etc....im going to start my shit back right monday and will also be doing my first shot monday of 500 mg test e..my? Is should i do a cleanz first or just run with it?THANKS

I have been training for a couple of years ..im 5'10 190lbs maybe 15%bf...have been thinking of aas for a while just been too scared of them.but i leaned down alot more than my profile and i was srowny as hell at 178lbs so i figure i need the edge...i know i could probaly put it on natty but i would like to do it dast as possible with least amount of fat possible .....when im doing my shit ots right fiet and training ...

You only been lifting a few years.You need to hit the diet section and post your diet with macros.This will help you a lot.You really can do a lot more naturally.You need to build a solid base 1st.Then you will be ready to cycle.Good luck bro.

Alot of people was saying i would put on about 30 lbs lbm my first cycle so thats why i wanted to do the cycle and then i would have alot more to lean down to...im 170lbs at 10% bf
