    ask about my cycle

    Hi guys....i want asking about my cycle
    Im 41 170cm bf about 15% 71kg
    My cycle is
    1-14 test susta 500mg/w
    2-12 eq 500mg/w
    2-10 adex 0.5mg/e3d
    10-16 adex 0.25/e3d
    5-16 hcg 250iu twice/w
    9-16 stano 50mg/d
    Pct
    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20
    Adex 0.5/e3d

    What do you think about my cycle n pct...
    Now im at week 5 but my weight now 68.5kg...why my weight is going down??
    Its normal or am i doing something wrong
    My body looks better then before but my weight is going down

    weight is all about diet. Also you could be losing water weight potentially? sometimes I find my on cycle bloat goes down throughout cycle.

    Possibly your Arimidex might be slightly too high for 500mg/week Sus, but I guess it depends on what the blend is made up of.

    What is your diet? Macro split and TDEE please so we can take a look.

    Adex dose should stay consistant up to to pct( only changing if sides dictate) then stop during pct. EQ is garbage especially at such a low dose and short time.

    My diet
    6:30 cofee n 5 egg (2whole egg 3 white)
    7 gym until 9:30 then eat wheat bread with chicken grill
    12 brown rice with chicken grill n vegetable
    3 wheat bread with banana
    6 dinner with chicken satay n brown rice
    9 fruit juice
    10 sleep

    So far im ok with my body because looking better then before but im confuse about my weight why is going down

    Okay the content needs a little tweaking, but we need to see the actual values for these foods. Quantity. We need the protein, Carb and Fat values. And your TDEE, which you can calculate using THIS

    If you're eating at a calorific deficit, then you may be losing bodyfat, and the AAS are helping you retain any LBM. What were your goals with this cycle? Your weight will obviously go down if you are cutting.

    Should i use some protein shake..because i just using multi vitamin, vit e, vit c, n glukosamin only...i read alot from this forum n all of u always gain ur weight not down

    Protein shakes are just a supplement, its an alternative to eating chicken or steak etc. I cannot help you further until you tell me

    1) your goals
    2) your TDEE
    3) full diet, including calories and macros

    My goal is gain lean mass n bf 12%...i dont know what tdee means...my diet just eat clean food like chicken n brown rice fruit n vegetable...
