Missing a pin

My buddy got locked up last night in jail. He won't be out till Monday afternoon. He is running the same cycle as me. Prop 1.5 ml/ 150 mg EOD. We pinned Thursday.. He missed today.. Can he pin Monday and carry on or is this going to cause big problems.
