Hi guys, Ive been training for around 4 years now with gradual gains. Im looking to do my first course for around 12 weeks. Im 25, 5 ' 8, weighing 80kg with 13% bf. Im not looking to go down the road of pumping myself full of sus and deca. Ideally looking to get lean gains while keeping estrogen/water retention along with bodyfat to a minimum.
Ive done some research and ive got my hands on Equipoise & Test Prop which I plan on shooting for 12 weeks as needed.
Can anyone give me any information on pre/post course supplements to gain the most out of my course?
