Been training for about 8 yrs. I'm 27 I keep gettin stronger but little to no weight gains. I have been doing a minimum of 320 in protein. Minimum of two gallons of water per day. Not really sure what all other stats u would like. Lmao and your right roll damn tide brother!
Do the research..plenty to read in the stickys. Use the search function at the top right. Learn by doing...not by being told what to do.
Then..after you know about the compounds, the AI's, the SERMS...then post a cycle and we will critique and adjust. This is a more productive method to assure you are not just taking random advice from the internet
I'll put a pic up alittle later. I've been reading tons of threads and most guys say to run just test for a first cycle does that sound right

Not sure the parillo trainer at my gym did it about three wks ago and said I was at 10% bf. i am holdin quiet a bit water at the moment but honestly I just put the pic up so people would give me info and sites to get it from. I am 5,5 which why would u lie about being short and today weighed at 190.2. Which not really sure why I'd lie about that either. Just asking for some good info is all

Well back on point then so a basic Test cycle would be best and you would be happy.
What kinda test would be best and what would be needed to run with it. Also what's the best site to get from. I appreciate the info guys.
typically test ethanate is recommended as a first cycle. Basic test with fewer injections than other esters/ 1mL @250mg every 3.5 days. or you could do test prop but that requires a more painful injection every other day. the up side to this is if you experience any crazy sides it will clear your system faster. But all in all test e 500mg per week is a good cycle until you get used to injecting and or decide its what you want to keep doing. Orals work but its recommended to try one steroid at a time starting with test so you know how your body responds. PS no matter what combo or other steroid you may be interested in, it is always recommended to run test as a base for that cycel then add from there, after all you're a man and you need test.
Yea I'd much rather do shots than anything oral. Im prior military so I'm used to gettin shots all the damn time for something.
Test E and Test C both only need injected 1x a week. Test P needs to be injected every other day minimum.

HCG is good to run on your cycle if you dont want your balls to shrink up like grapes or a 10yr old. lol
Also an AI on cycle such as Adex or liquid stane to keep your Estrogen in check so you dont have libido issues or other sides.
You need to run a proper PCT after the cycle of Clomid and Nolva.

As far as pct I've read a lot of guys having like mood swings and cryin and stuff like that. Is this typical or just someone not dosing appropriately. Also thanks for all this info it's awesome
Also forgot to ask what's the typical length of pct and if there's anything that should be taken after pct to maximize keepin as much of the weight and stregnth gains?

Your diet and training will be the main key on keeping gains.
roll....do some reading! Your trying to be spoon fed the info. Everything you need to know is found in the stickies and by using the search function. When you get it all put together we will fine tune if needed!
