Gyno Question +pic

Hi Guys, New member here. I just have a question about my gyno that came back. I ran a cycle last year and it's been like 6-7 months since I first noticed it. I managed to get rid of it with letro but now it's back. I haven't ran anything since then no steroids or hormones I'm just confused as to why it came back? I'm thinking about running letro again but off cycle this time.

After the cycle it was completely gone and I was a low body fat but now after adding some lean bulk it came back. I'm also thinking about just cutting back down BF to 4-6% if that helps.

I'm just wondering what some of you guys might think about that I do have letro or are there better alternatives(nolva perhaps)?

I do, it's weird the puff nipple sometimes it comes and goes I don't get it. The lump is there though

You could try Raloxifene. Doubt it works on old gyno, but if this just appeared, you can dose it at 60mg daily until gone. This takes a while so penitence is needed. But it's the best method currently. If not, nolva as you mentioned has been proven to work, you can dose that at 40/20/20/20/20 etc... until gone. Also takes a while.

oh ok thanks. Now I'm guessing that liquid form of Nolva is a different dosing protocol isn't it? The same with Raloxifene?

I was thinking the same thing to be honest but I would like to try this method first and if this doesn't help it then I will consider.

Well thats how i got the gyno by not using a ai im assuming thats how you got your gyno yes?

Well I got mine from running H-drol and then I did a cycle of test cyp. I should have taken more time off but I'm paying for it now ;/ I did run letro during that cycle and it was gone completely until now, but that was a while ago. I'm just not sure why it came back all of the sudden.
