so next cycle il be using 600mg test & 600mg deca and i wanted to know if i can get away with training some body parts twice a week ? my main lagging muscles are bi's & tri's so want to try hit them twice a week
something like
mon: chest/tris
tues:back/bi's
wed: legs
thurs: delts & traps
friday: bi's/tri's/forearms
sat: legs ( depending how i feel may take the weekend off )
could you get away with hitting every body part twice a week with this cycle ??? say
mon: chest/back
tue: bi's/tri's
wed: legs/delts
thurs: chest/back
fri: bi's/tri's
