    Arimidex loading dose??

    Have been on TRT for several years and decided to do a cycle of 500mg/ week. Only AI is masteron 0.5mg M-W-F. Libido went to sh_t so decided I needed another AI. Arimidex will arrive tomorrow and will do 0.5mg EOD. Will a loading dose help and what should it be, and for how many day?

    ^ A bit on the light side for blasting past TRT my friend. Please be careful, don't let strength gains fool you... you could easily get injured.

    But to answer your question, it's really a guessing game without bloodwork. there is rarely a need to frontoad Adex. If your E2 is off the charts, you'd need to look into more than just a blocker.

    Like Austin said, Arimidex works fast. No need to frontload.

    Woah, just noticed your Stats! You seriously need to hit the Nutritional Forum up for some ideas on how to develop a solid diet and learn how to eat properly. If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. It’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet. There's no magic steroid . The magic is EATING.

    Post your intended diet here including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!

    Have read the thread on hard gainers and that lead me to the conclusion I needed to be eating more, so recently (last month or so) I have increased my intake. Have been hitting the gym for about 4 years or more; 3 or 4 times a week. I am there from an hour to 1.5 hr. In this time my stomach has flattened out and I've become leaner and cut. It seems like a catch 22, need more muscle for a base to build muscle on, but how do I get the first layer of muscle?? I have a good start, but have been told that in order to build muscle at my age I needed to increase my test. to 500mg/week. So I did and have seen gains, was recommended to add the mast. , which I did and have noted a difference with it. Haven't noticed any sides others say are associated with high e2 levels like high BP, gyno, water retention, etc.; just a lowered labido. Thus my purchase of the arimidex . As for diet, after I first read the article about nutrition for hard gainers I added carbs which I'd been staying away from prior. I admit I do feel better since increasing my carb intake. My intake consists of 200 grams of protein a day, 50 of which are in the form of a protein shake right after the gym. I eat carbs an hour before the gym and a granola bar about 30 minutes into my workout. According to a myfitness pal, my TDEE is about 2500 calories/day. My diet consists of whole eggs, whole wheat bread, tuna, boiled chicken, grilled pork, oven fried chicken, vegetables and some fruit, and a handful of supplements twice a day. I eat 6x/day and this includes the food prior to the gym and the protein shake and carbs right after the gym. I'm not sure if this is enough information about my diet, as I do not keep a log of my daily intake. Only once in my life was I above 160# and that is when I was over 180# and couldn't see my feet cause my gut was in the way. Sure don't want that again. As for injuries and working out, I have golfers elbow in both elbows that flare up. I don't push near the wt. I see others doing in the gym and here is another catch 22; I've read you have to increase the wt. to build muscle. I cannot seem to do this as my joints won't take it.

You do NOT require 500mg/wk of exogenous testosterone to build mucsle. You're going to have to put an effort in to logging your macros with an online macro counter so that we can help you properly. We need your macros to assist you in developing the proper diet. I have some standard diets saved up so i may be able to start you off in the right direction anyway.     I would say the 20% BF Pic resembles my trunk the closest. Arms look more like the 10-12%.

    TDEE = LBMX15.

    156x20%=31.2

    124.8X15=1872. TDEE is approx 1872. I would add 500 cals and adjust from there to gain weight.

    I would use this as baseline to determine your cals. Hit the Nutritional Forum with this information and post up your goals along with a diet. And if you want to, hit up the Weight Training Forum for some ideas on a work out regime to also assist in promoting muscle/weight gain.

    Thanks Mick. Have been reading through the nutritional forum and looking at others diet for lean bulking. Believe I'll dial back the T for now and go with 200mg/week, but continue the mast. and also the Arimidex as planned. What do you think of the 200mg/week Mast. 0.5 M-W-F and the Arimidex 0.25 eod along with a modified diet of course. Before posting in the nutritional forum, I need to track my macro intake for this week and see where I stand. Thanks for the advice.

    Youre welcome Zack.

    I recommend you dump the Mast at this point. You will not really reap the benefits of this compound at 20%BF. Masteron is commonly know as a harder and generally used for leaner physiques.

    And at 200mg/wk for your Test, (i recommend you administer this twice per wk @ 100mg) your AI protocol will be determined by bloodwork - and a combination of your past E2 experience, and felt/visual sides.
