Sickness while on test prop...continue or switch??

Hi, i have been cycling steroids for about 5 years now. After having a 7 month break i decided to run a 12 week cycle. My weapon of choice was test prop as i had never used this test before and wanted to give it a go 100mg EOD. I only ever run test only cycles simply because every other compound i have used has riddled me with undesirable side effects. Usually from test E/C i get no negatives.

Anyway, im on week 5 now havent been able to train for nearly two weeks due to fever and flu like symptoms. Since my first jab i have experienced harsh sweats, elevated heart rate, fever like symptoms especially at night and a strong sense of uncomfort throughout the body. Thinking this was 'test flu' I pushed on through but i now have a throat infection :/ So im on anti biotics for that. My whole cycle has been ruined because of my reaction to this dam prop ester it just doesnt agree with me. Would you advise switching to my usual drug of choice test enanthate for the remainder of the cycle stretch it to 8 weeks from now maybe incorporate an oral to help me along first 4 weeks?? Or just stop and hit pct now? Just looking general opinions on my situation and maybe any related incidents with test prop. Thanks.

Maybe your prop isnt prop. I don't know. But either way, I wouldnt run prop for 12 weeks. Unless I misunderstood, you've been having issues since day 1 and now you're in week 5? If that's the case, I'd stop and go see a doc.

I have no problems injecting so why would i not use prop for 12 weeks? I had the expected 'rush' sweats and night fever from starting prop the first week it didnt effect my training. I switched my brand of prop the second week and this didnt help. So i put it down to coincidence and was going to give it a week to see if i felt better but to no avail...and here i am. I was hoping switching to Enanthate would cure the problem. The Dr says i have a virus which was pretty obvious!

The risk to reward is greatly diminshed with the short ester after week 8. Gains slow dramatically and the risk becomes high. 8 weeks is plenty with prop. I just finished a 5 weeker.

Noted. My experience with this compound is nil so i will take all of this on board. Regarding my current situation..is switching to Enanthate a feesible option or is this unheard of?? Never had to switch gear before

This sucks and has happened to me before, since test lowers the body's abilities to fight infection I would cut cycle short and start your pct and get well my friend and start from scratch. Make sure your taking a zinc supplement and take your antibiotics and u will right as rain in a week or so.

Agree with this op. Might need to just pct and normalize and go from there.

I have HCG on hand..i wonder if incorporating this would balance the negative effects that test has on the bodies immune system?? Not a viable option for me at this stage but would be interested to know..

Cut your losses....TRUST me bro . YOU KNOW what to do...if u continue, your just cheating yourself and making things harder on your body. Do a "short" pct and get well then hit it hard again and get the desired results u deserve for your hard work.

About the hcg ...not totally positive, just going with common sense sorta saying if your body is all ready fighting infection the less you introduce into it the better.
