Looking for different bridging ideas....
Stats 30, 5'11 195, <10%bf, 10+ training, 5-8 cycles, now on hrt between (200 cyp wk)
Im currently in week 10 of 16 of my competition prep(cycle below). My question is for people that have experience with bridging between cycles. My plan as of now is after the comp run my Hrt dose for 4 weeks then I would like to throw in primo (never tried it) at the most optimal dose to help build some quality mass while staying lean (as I may do another show in August). I was also wondering about EQ and its possible benefits for bridging. Open to new ideas also…

I heard about this new kind of creatine too. I may just come off everything and get on that. should I front load the first few days or just go straight to 5 grams a day..... or I could paramid up? I really just don't want to get TOO big. My friend took it and went from 130 to 270 in six month. his name is rich piana

Why test cyp comes in week 3 and ends at 8
Doesnt make sense
Why not run prop straight
And i would run tren to the end and masteron as well
And why week 9 nothing!? U shouldnt drop test for a week
Thats useless and it actually hurt you because you mess with concentration in blood and start getting sides.
im bit confused cuz u asking about bridging and u posted your cycle
Are on on TRT perminently or no ?

Simply it all looks like a mess. Yeah it's not very helpful but it's a fact. Keep things simple. Stick to one type of test and run it from week 1 to week 16. Do the same with the Tren and Mast
Run your GH as long as possible. There is the bridge you are looking for.
Do not taper up or down any of the aas, keep it the same start to finish unless you start getting undesirable sides then cut back.

Can un send me a link to the info that calculates test blood concentrations? Everyone does things different but I do not see how it's that confusing. Start with short ester, bridge with long, then cut back to short to drop possible water weight and harden up. Yes I believe it takes 4to 5 weeks for long to kick in but not if you already have you levels elevated from short.

Is there anyone who has actual advise on more mild bridging compounds ? I knew I shouldn't have posted my cycle. Lol

Your original post says you have done 5-8 cycles well which is it?
