Im currently in week 10 of 16 of my competition prep(cycle below). My question is for people that have experience with bridging between cycles. My plan as of now is after the comp run my Hrt dose for 4 weeks then I would like to throw in primo (never tried it) at the most optimal dose to help build some quality mass while staying lean (as I may do another show in August). I was also wondering about EQ and its possible benefits for bridging. Open to new ideas also…
