    There is no such thing as a bottom chest....

    You cannot isolate an area of your chest... You can simply move emphasis.....

    But we need context to actually answer this question properly because maybe you just don't have enough muscle in you chest area period....

    A picture would help

    Decline db/bb press will help this area a great deal but your best getting thickness all over your chest and the lower part will just start to grow.

    Marcus is right on decline
    And base is right about fat.
    You may lose a lot of.your chest when your bf goes down cause it may be a lot of fat. Hopefully not.
    Keep it up and get the diet in chest. A small waist makes the chest look bigger

    This. It doesn't matter how shapely your chest is if it is covered by 20% BF.

    Try decline bench press or DB press. Start light..this movement can feel awkward.
