First Cycle Newbie
Hey all, First time posting first cycle as well just want to get some feedback about my current cycle.
Currently I am 5'8 160lb .
Train Mon- Fri rest on the weekends.
High protein diet pretty clean.
Right now im taking .5 cc of testoviron 2 times a week along with Anavar 30mg a day and arimidex 1 mg every other day. I am prone to Gyno i already have some from a previous Pro hormone I took about 2 years back. I plan on continuing this cycle for about 10 weeks. I plan on taking HCG after and continuing with Arimidex as well for PCT.
Very new to this any info or feedback appreciated.

1st cycles should always be test only. in your case, suggest e or C. the reason for this, since test is the father of all anabolics, is so you can get familar/comfortable with how an entire test only cycle affects your body.
not a fan of testosterone cocktails mixed with short/long esthers. because of the prop, best to pin daily to maintain stable blood serum levels. if not daily, at least eod.
1ml/week of test (assume 250mg/ml) is a very low dose. recommend 2x that amount to 500mg
30mg/day of var is too low. most men run between 60 and 100 mg/day.
So now that I've answered your question, please answer mine.
Besides your age, which I know to be 25, what are the rest of your stats?
how long have you been lifting weights this time (years)?
what do you know about nutrition as it relates to body building?
since gains begin in the kitchen, might be a good idea to post your diet for others to see/criticize in the nutrition section.

Well in 25 been lifting for about 5-6 years on off but i am committed and have been for a while now ..
Diet my day starts at 3am as i work really early.
Breakfast 5 hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal at 3:30 am.
Baked chicken breast around 6-7.
Protein shake 8-9.
Chicken breast again or tuna at 11 for "lunch".
Intra workout Protein shake at 1:30.
Post workout shake. My shakes consist of Whey/glutamine/bcaa. Just got some oats as well and im wondering if they would be good post workout?
Chicken steak or fish alongwith some rice for dinner around 5-6 pm.
Casein shake around 8-9 pn
Knocked out by 10 lol..
My goal is to gain a little muscle mass and cut some BF.
Thanks for the help..

I didn't see what your estimated BF% is. And I agree with "TR" about the Test, for sure. I got some of the blend by accident and I will never use it again. ....crazy mike

At 20-22%BF I recommend you adjust your diet and reduce your Body Fat to around 15% before you begin your cycle. This will also reduce your likelihood of experiencing unwanted sides attributed to high E2 levels like, Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Acne, Raised Blood Pressure, Increased Heart Rate, Bloating, Cardio vascular Issues, Mood swings, changes to your Cholesterol Factors (HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC)...ect.
Excess fatty tissue is a huge proponent of Estrogen. "Adipose tissue can contribute significantly to the circulating pool of estrogens." You want your BF to be as low as possible before you begin your proposed cycle - very important! Read this clinical study…Estrogen production and action. [J Am Acad Dermatol. 2001] - PubMed - NCBI
And then head over to the Nutritional Forums and the Specialists in there will assist you in developing a solid diet that will reflect your intended goals and slim you down to a more suitable and safe BF%. Remember, your gains and body composition begin in the kitchen, not the needle.
