I'm 35years old and have been working out my whole life. I'm currently 188lbs 4%bf. I have competed the last 2 years and I need to put on about 10-15lbs. When I start to diet I'm usually around 210lbs and lose about 1 to 1.5 lbs a week during prep. I've tried all the correct diets and supplements in the off season but just can't add anymore muscle. Ideally I would like to compete at about 200-205lbs. I feel i'm kind of maxed out at this weight. So my question is what do you recommend to get that much needed muscle?
