Is safe to inject in quad ?

Quads are a common injection site.

However, if you are asking this question I would advise against you injecting anything anywhere in your body.

Personally I dont like them.

Make sure you inject on the top head of the quad. The rest have too many nerves. You can still inject there but all the muscle flexing during needle penetration freaks me out.
