I have ALWAYS heard it was bad to drink citrus juices with ANT oral meds...not sure if it applies to AS, but I would think it should...somethink about the acids eating away active ingredients...I hhave heard it many times from my grandfather, who is a retired pharmacist of like 40+ years.

Yes, grapefruit juice does aid in absorbtion. Only grapefruit though.
