    About to start 500 mg/wk Test E Cycle

    So I got my hands on some legit Test E, and just wanted to ask one time before I start about PCT and Arimidex.

    I plan on at least using Nolva when I get off of it, but what about the arimidex. All the experienced guys I know recommend it. Is it a must or highly recommended also what is the dosage for that.

    Also it's been five years since I've run a cycle so any general advice about this cycle will be appreciated.

    5' 8/ 205lbs/ 18% bf / 26 yrs old

    although its been 2 months since i've had the bf % taken so thats definitely higher than what I am now

    I think you should slow down and read some of the info provided in the sticky's. Then post your stats, your goals, and what exactly you have planned, o you have enough test?

    Honestly in my opinion your bf is a little high to be cycling. Read the beginner cycle stickys and understand the use of an AI and hcg on cycle and proper pct planning before you propose a cycle

    Thats good, get som reading and take is slow...

    Lower your BF at least to 15-16% before youll start cycle.

    How low should I get my bf % before I start, I'm probably down to 15% now but I need to get it checked to be sure

    Also here is my diet:

    Breakfast: Nutrient Essentials shake with skim milk

    Lunch: subway sandwich or similar with wheat

    pre-workout: caffeine free NO shake with creatine, can't remember the actual brand name

    post-workou: 2 scoop protein shake with water

    dinner: vegetables and fruit, with chicken or tuna

    I never eat carbs after 3 and only eat complex carbs.

    Your nutrition could be much better than that. Not flaming you bro but you should post up your diet in the nutrition forum or you will be pretty disappointed with your cycle results

    Your not flaming me, I'm here to learn. And this will not be the diet while I'm on the cycle, this is just for trying to get my bf % down before I start

    Correct but the whole idea is to keep reducing your bodyfat on cycle as well? You are going to need more good clean food to do that. Your not eating enough

    I'm reading up on it now in the nutritional forums. Basically what I understand so far is to eat the same clean foods just more of it to where I only have a 500 cal defecit. Because the overall goal is to increase lean muscle mass while still cutting the fat. I'm not trying to get huge or anything.

    My TDEE is 2472 so I should be eating around 1900 per day?
