Thread: Wayer retention

    Dropping down from a gram of sust to half a gram hoping to drop some water weight before the summer. I was taking 12.5mg of stane everyday so even with an AI should I lose some water if any at all because I want to say I was holding some water with Stane.

    Droping the sust down should lower water retention, but considering your already on a strong suicidal ai at a good dose I doubt there will be a significant diffrence.

    Get a second opinion tho ive never done sust

    So basically cutting the sust in half but also taking a strong AI. Will this effect my water retention at all? That is my question.

    Well yeah you will retain less water by cutting the sus in half and keeping a strong ai...just dont let your e2 crash.

    I drink alot of fluids but mostly powerade which I know isn't the best for you.

    Typically an AI will reduce bloat/water retention. I would watch your diet and eat a little cleaner,,,and
    be sure your drinking plenty of water too.
