Need some input on this cycle
Hey guys, I just wanted to get some input on a cycle I'm getting ready to start. This is easily my most advanced cycle I've taken, I'm tarying to cut up for summer and prepare for a show at the end of the summer. Let me know what you think..
Weeks 1 - 10
Test Cypionate 750mg per week
Masteron 200 600 per week
Tren Ace 500 per week
Winstrol 50 mg per day
Clen /T3 combo - 2 weeks on/2weeks off for 8 weeks
Weeks 5-10
Increase Winstrol to 100mg per day
Post cycle:
One week after last injection 20mg of Nolvadex for three weeks.

That's an awful lot buddy what are your stats?
Just nolvadex pct no clomid?
No ai mentioned
No prolactin control mentioned either

This is probably my 6th overall cycle.
I'm 25, 5"11, and about 195 lbs currently. I'd say around 14-15% body fat.

See, I wanted to mix in Clomid with it but a buddy told me that wouldn't be necessary. This is why I'm posting to see what I need to add to this.
and elaborate on the other stuff, I'm not familiar. And yeah about 5-6 cycles, everything else has been just Test Prop though, nothing major. Taken Winstrol with it before as well.

i think starting tren ace same time with Test Cyp is big mistake...
cyp wont kick in until week 5-6 and tren ace would really cause alot of problems cuz it would be basically like running tren only
i would switch to test prop and run it at TRT dose and keep tren ace at that dose or lower it to 350mg/wk if its you have no experience with tren
t3 dont need to be ran for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off you just keep running it
clen YES 2 weeks off and 2 weeks on
i would drop the winstrol , no need for it as you are running masteron
get your diet on point and you are good to go...
im sure that you did 6 cycles you know how to use AI, prolactin antagonist, and HCG during cycle
Nolvadex and clomid or torem for pct...

Alright, I like that.
I was actually thinking about running test prop with it for the first 4 weeks, just mixing it with my tren and pinning.
What dosage do you think with the t3? I've read to start at 50mcg a day, then taper up to 100mcg.
Diet is def on point, I usually have no problems with that.

The PCT is where I want the most input, All I've ever taken was nolvadex , and it's been great. But I figured with amping up my cycle i'd need a bit more

I think something is wrong, but my opinion would be to run the test for 2 weeks then use the tren the last 8. That is so many compounds, and judging by your stats, you seem to be doing something wrong. Is your diet adjusted? Also, if you're wanting to cut, I'd use less than 250 test, more like 125.

What is your intended macro split? You have a crazy amount of protein and fat in there.

This was made for me by a nutritionist.
my goal is to build but also lost body fat.
and he told me that's what I needed to do. I really don't know how to answer some of the questions you're asking.

You will NOT get lean on that diet. For me (with similar stats) that would make me fat, fat, fat. Can I suggest you pick a goal, bulk or cut and follow that through?
We have an excellent resource being the nutrition forum. You should spend some time there and learn how to diet for yourself before considering any further cycle.
What do you know about your nutritionist? Qualifications? Is he/she a bodybuilder? Was he/she referred to you?

He's a bodybuilder and a sponsored athlete.
I'm trying to cut more than anything. Like I said, I've always been pretty active but I've kind of lingered away from eating right the last 3-4 months due to some personal stuff.
Right now I'm eating like this:
Breakfast:
6 eggs (1whole, the rest eggwhites)
2 rice cakes
Mid morn snack:
1 can of drained tuna
2 rice cakes
Lunch:
6Oz chicken breast
1 cup of broccoli or asparagus
Pre-workout meal:
6 oz chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
Post workout meal:
6 oz chicken breast or tilapia
1 sweet potato
asparagus
The only supps I take are oxyelite, fish oil, cla, multivitamin, and preworkout.
By all means, if you have any suggestions that's why I posted.

I also do cardio M-Sat at 6 am, as well as lift around 5 pm. I rest on sundays.

Also include HCG at 250 IU's x 2 per week throughout your cycle. Plus the aforementioned clomid for pct.

I think you should be eating approx 2100 cals to cut. You can eat more on workout days and less on rest days but the 2100 should be an average. My preferred split for cutting is 50/30/20 (p/c/f)
In all honesty, and this isn't intended as a flame, even if you have had 3-4 months of poor dieting your stats are still poor for having done 6 cycles.
Can I ask, have you ever had any bloodwork done to check your hormone levels?NO SOURCES GIVEN

No I haven't. And like I said the cycles I've done before have all been 8 week cycles with Just test prop. And have been scattered throughout since I was 18.

And I understand my stats are poor. Hence why I'm taking the steps to improve them, I just want to make sure i'm doing it the right way.

Did you always run a PCT?

Yeah, I've always done Nolvadex at 20mgs per day. Start it one week after my last injection and run it for 3 weeks.
