Question No pain.can this be gyno?

Had gyno a year back n went on letro and cleared it..

Now tried a new diet which was high in calories to put on mass..got bulky and now on a cutting diet with grenade suggested empty stomach with bcaa and omega 3..

I can feel that there are knots below both my nipples, they dont hurt but it feels like gyno..

Do i jump on letro or adex and try to remove this lump or let it be..there is no itchyness and no pain..but lumps are hard and knotty

You've gained too much BF. Drop the weight and you'll be fine.

I recommend strongly you make an appt with you family health professional and have him/her conduct a proper examination before you attempt to use any AI's or other drugs.

Like Pete suggested, it could simply be BF. But regardless, do not attempt drugs until you have been examined and confirmed you have gyno.

yes stpete..my nutrition is designed by a physical team instructor..the guys who train for Hollywood films like expendables etc..

the plan was to increase my overall weight n then cut down..went from 72-76 kgs in 2 weeks with huge meals and gvt training..now on cutting diet, intermittent fasting 12-8pm..but have seen these knots forming..does not hurt so guess its fat deposits..only thing diff in my diet is bcaa, grenade and omega 3 on an empty stomach first thing in the morning
