    Injury in first week of cycle

    I started a beginner's stack this week (1cc test 2x week/25mg Dbol every day), and I sprained my back yesterday swinging a kettlebell. I don't think it's anything severe, but it hurts enough that it'll probably lay me up for at least a few days, maybe a week or two at most.

    Should I continue to take my cycle as is or stop until I'm able to get back to the gym again?

    if your backs sore for just a few days i could continue on. if your gonna be hurt for a couple weeks i would shut it down thats just me thoguh, see how you feel tomorrow

    Does the injury prevent you from bending over or doing regular daily activities?

    Yes, at least today it did. I can barely put pressure on my heels and it hurts to walk around, but the pain has gone down as the day has gone on.

    one reason we tell blokes to spend a few years in the gym first before starting steroids is to toughen up their bodies........

    I actually have been working out consistently for a long time, I just have a history of back issues due to sports related injuries over the years. I've been fortunate in the previous few times I've juiced up that I haven't experienced any pain in my back.
