Wasn't positive where to post this, but since it has to do with steroids I moved here.
I'm about to be two weeks into my Test E cycle and I'm just wanting to make sure I'm eating enough.
34 yrs old
5'10"
195 lbs 12% BF, dropped 30lbs over 10 weeks prior to cycle
Current TDEE ~2920
My workout regimen is 2 on 1 off due to work 24 on 48 off shift.
Workout Days: TDEE +400-500 (45c/35p/20f)
Non-Workout Days: ~2800 (35c/45p/20f)
I've been eating this way to try and keep BF low, but I'm not sure if I'm hindering myself too much.
Should I up my calories more? If so, how much over maintenance and what macro should I shoot for?
