    Looking

    I have done a cycle of Anadrol before and loved how Strong I got, and how fast...
    But here is my Delima.... i have cut just over 100 pds of weight, was at 365, now setting about 270ish....
    i want to continue to Cut weight, but i want the Strength to....
    Any ideas.... Wanna stay away from injections, if at all Poss....
    Any help would be nice, thanks guys!

    Please edit your post and re read the rules.

    Congrats on the weight loss but you still have a long way to go yet and taking anabolics at your weight will open you up to a multitude of problems buddy

    Yea Diet and everything helped well, just hit that Platform! I was at 245 when i took my last cycle, and went to 269 in a month, Was cock strong, it was great.... Just didnt know if there was anything i could cut with at the same time, to avoid the massive weight gain, but still get the strength rewards!

    most of my size is in my Belly.....
    i was eating anything in site for a long time....
    Got to a size 48pant real fast....
    down to a 38-40 now

    I do lots of cardio, Taking PYRO now
    just wanna get it all back. Tired of being Fat...
    Wanna get to a rock solid 235-240 again

    Steroids aren't going to stop you being fat buddy
    Stick with the cardio and implement a solid diet
    You've done amazing so far now keep it up

    I know this, lol.... only my Diet and Cardio will keep helping that!
    just need help on the Strength part, but dont want to gain the extra weight that Drol gives ya.
    thank you for the compliment, it hasnt been Easy.... the Diet is the Hardest part!

    Its definitely a lifestyle choice trust me I've been in the same boat!
    As for strength change up your training for strength based training
    Maybe 5x5
    It look on the lounge forum at Marcus diary and his approach to HIIT training very inspirational

    right now i go Heavy 1 time a month.... for the full week....
    reg exercise i go 3x8 quicks, for 3 sets....
    so i got 8 reps, break for 5 sec do 8 more break 8 more, thats 1 set!
    i do this with each exercise.
    its worked well, but i cant get over a 265 Bench, and at my WT n HT thats horriable!

    The best and nice way to put it is at your weight and body fat, introducing AAS will instantly turn you into a prime candidate for a heart attack. It's just a lot of extra stress on all your organs man, lose another 50 lbs and in the meantime do your research.
