    Advice needed on body fat with steriods

    Hi guys,

    I need some advice on taken a sus and deca cycle.

    I am in two minds of weather to lose weight first before starting my cycle, I am not over weight but all my fat is just around my stomach. I train 5-6 days a week and have got my diet sorted

    I am 5ft 10 and 175lbs

    My goal is to bulk up with just muscle mass, as I said before I do carry fat around my stomach. This is the only place it is. My fear is by starting my cycle and trying to bulk this is going to get worse?

    Therefore is it worth cutting away at it and then starting my cycle to bulk once I have tried to cut.

    Diet down and lose the grease, then begin your cycle.

    Ideally you want your BF% to be around 15% or lower. This will reduce the likelihood of unwanted sides like rising E2 levels and the associated sides that often materialize along with it.

    I would like to think of AAS as racing fuel, the more tuned your car is race ready(low bf and in shape) the better your car is going to preform.
    excuse the stupid analogy i just woke up.

    How old are you ? what are all your stats and history. Also 5'-10" and 175 I'd like to see your body. I don't think you have a good choice there. Gotta know more .....crazy mike

    25% bf

    Really appreciate all the replies thanks guess

    It's just frustrating the fact I want to put in muscle and size as I'm not that big at the moment, and to lose the fat would mean that I am going to lose more size, really didn't want to lose the size but think I have no choice

    I understand your dilema, trust me I danced around the same idea your on right now. Just cut for a few months and then hit up a bulk..read the stickies the guys are posting

    Put the steroids on the backburner for a year and cut, then bulk naturally.
    You can do much better than that.

    Thanks guys

    I think this is going to be the best option even if I am going to lose size as well

    If this is the case why do people say its best to get as big as you can and then cut away at it?

    It matters what you want to do.

    Personally I've rather be overweight 1st then cut to bones 10% if I didn't have enough muscle mass first. Being skinny is worse in my eyes then being bit overweight...look sick and small.

    If you are fine with carrying some extra chub, bulk/recomp by lifting hard with a low calorie surplus. Then cut. If you are fine with looking skinny, cut to below 15% then bulk....really is personal choice. If I was you, I'd take the bulking/recomp option. Since at 5 10 and 25% weighting at 175....you are going REAL low weight to hit 10%. Adding AAS again...another personal choice. You by no way need it at this point and be fine without it.
