Would like to start a cycle. I am 22 years old have been lifting since i was 16 played ncaa college hockey and am looking to get into bodybuilding as a full time thing. Would like to go extremely light on the first cycle. My friends have all done cycles have only need to do one, and it has worked out great for them. I have a great diet with close to 4000 calories a day of lean only protien, carbs, and salads. I take Whey protien and Dark Matter as my only supplements.

Right now I am at 6'3 200lbs. My lower body is my strength my upper body is my weakness. I can leg press a substantial amount of weight usually 8-9 plates on each side 10-15x of four sets. My bench however isnt so great. I have been working at it the last two years and it has been driving me insane. My max no matter what I do will not go above 225.

Here is my workout plan.
Monday Wednesday and Friday,
Chest
4 sets of flat bench increments of 15,10,4,2
4 X 8 incline bench
4x8 decline bench
superset of incline bench dumbell curls and cable pull downs(triceps) 4x 10 40lbs dumbells and heavy weight for curls
superset of preacher curls 70 lbs 4x8 plus dips x12
leg press 4 sets of 8 plates on each side 15 times
calves and abs and oblique workouts as well
Tuesday, thursday and Saturday, heavy cardio either 2 hours of hockey or 1 hour hockey and 1 insanity tape

Nutrition
4000 cals every day such as chicken lean meats salads soups and protein. only drink water

Would like to get my bench and upper body stronger and If i do do a cycle I am only interested in doing a moderate cycle like a test cylce for 12 weeks followed by clomid and nolva for pct. I have recently joined the military signing my contract for afrotc and am interested in getting better in my upper body and stronger all around.

If you disagree with my workouts or whatnot please go easy. I am here for advice and asking for help and I am already admitting that most of you know more than me when it comes to this stuff.

Would like to learn as much as I can about bodybuilding as I am trying to get stronger. I have been doing this regimen for close to 2 years and I would gladly change if needed. Keep in mind I am a student and can not go to the gym every day.
