    Fat Cutting Cycle

Hey guys, I have a bottle of Clen , Cytomel and Abolovar coming my way, and was wondering if this would be a good fat cutting cycle? I have used Clen, Cytomel and Aboleo before and had good results but was curious if there was something better out there. I am not looking to bulk up or gain muscle, just cut BF. Thanks for all input.

1,500 cals is way low man, you won't be losing fat. You'll stall at some point if you didn't already. Up it to around 2,800 clean cals, no sugar. Eat ALL your carbs from 7 am to 2 pm. Then protein and meats only. 1.5-2g protein per body weight, carbs 2g per body weight and you can adjust it accordingly but i suggest max of 250 g carbs for now and lower it with time, 0.5g fat per body fat. Follow this strictly and you'll be losing tons of fat, 2-4 lbs a week considering your weight now. And gear at this weight might be too dangerous

^ that's some pretty solid advice. 1500 is too low. Less calories does not always mean lost fat. You have to cardio with it. Likely, you won't see much difference in fat loss with these compounds, as they really shine at the lower bf %s

Hmm, Where would I find the nutrition forum?

Thanks for the input guys and gals.

Edit : Found the Nutrition forum.

From June to October of 2012 I was on gear. At first it was just Test 400. I was up north in the Oilsands and actually put on 30 lbs, When I went on the Clen , Cytomel and Aboleo, I did 15 mins of Cardio every second day with a moderate strength work out, In about 2 months or so I dropped that 30 lbs and was back at 320, at the same time I wound up getting laid off so I went off the gear and am just getting back on it now.

I am not sure what my calorie intake was but I'd have a hard boiled egg with 2 breakfast sausage and chocolate milk for breakfast, a chicken breast with an apple at break, a chicken breast with veggies and fruit at lunch then mostly meat at dinner time.

I threw a post on the nutrition forum so hopefully I get some positive feedback and get things restarted in the right direction.

I recommend you adjust your diet and reduce your Body Fat to around 15% before you begin your cycle. This will also reduce your likelihood of experiencing unwanted sides attributed to high E2 levels like, Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Acne, Raised Blood Pressure, Increased Heart Rate, Bloating, Cardio vascular Issues, Mood swings, changes to your Cholesterol Factors (HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC)...ect.

Excess fatty tissue is a huge proponent of Estrogen. "Adipose tissue can contribute significantly to the circulating pool of estrogens." You want your BF to be as low as possible before you begin your proposed cycle - very important! Read this clinical study…Estrogen production and action. [J Am Acad Dermatol. 2001] - PubMed - NCBI

And then head over to the Nutritional Forums and the Specialists in there will assist you in developing a solid diet that will reflect your intended goals and slim you down to a more suitable and safe BF%. Remember, your gains and body composition begin in the kitchen, not the needle.
