10 wk cycle
Im about to start a cycle of Sustanon 250, doing 1 cc/wk for 10 wks. I want to build muscle but really want to get lean and shredded, PCT is Arime by EPG. Will this work?
I am:
31 y/o
240lbs
BMI~? decent shape for a fireman
8 meals/day 380calories per meal
3000 calories/day
Any suggestions?

That is not a proper pct at all
250mg of sust at 1 pin per week is almost nothing. I would triple that. Or at least double it. The prop ester in the sust cannot be pinned once a week. At least not until several weeks in when the longer esters start to take effect and create more stable test levels.
Sounds like you need I do a lot lore research bud. Not to sound condescending, but your knowledge of gear seems quite flawed

250mg a wk is a rather low dose. may not be worth the trouble.

Thanks ChiveOn, your very right I do not really know what I am doing but I would like to try something small to see how I feel about it. If I did a huge cycle my job is gonna say~ WTF!!! I could however shorten the range, I originally said 10 weeks, but I could cut it down to 6 weeks and pyramid it as well. However I can make my situation work for me I would like to try.
PCT~ Does that PCT not work? Or is it just not good enough? Its OTC from GNC, is there any alternative I can get that is OTC? Or do I need to find a street source/internet source for this? Also, my primary care doctor is pretty cool, its possible he could write me a script but OTC would be better for my situation.
Any advice?

So you're tryin to cycle. But you don't want to get much bigger or have noticeable gains? Why even cycle.
