Please somebody take a look at my next cycle in the attachement and give me some pointers. If you think I should add or remove something, I really appreciate all the help.

Right now this are my stats:
    Age- 41
    5,8'
    207
    22 % bf

Been exercising for the past 2 years non stop. Clean diet with occasional cheat day. I did a cycle of 10 weeks with Test cyp at 300 per week and last 4 weeks did Anavar 40 daily. Great results. Now looking forward to doing this cycle . Please let me know your thoughts. My supplier told me to do just 600 test cyp per week plus 300 tren per week. But by reading in this forum I have made some changes. Please view the attachment and give me your thoughts. Thank you.

Hey joe. My advice is to leave the gear alone for 6 months while you bring your BF down. 22% is only going to bring on amplified side effects and virtually nothing visually.

Your diet may not be as clean as you might think. Take some time and post your complete diet in the nutrition section for critique from the pro's there.

    Best of luck.

Yikes !!! Thank you for the input, but men I already bought everything. I was ready to start tomorrow. I just checked my BF with the calipers and it's down to 19% . The last time I did it was about 2 months ago. So what do you think?

It's ok. Your gear will last for years to come

Calipers are far from accurate. I'd rather see you under 16%, which is VERY easy to do if you fix your diet. Won't take long either. You can post a picture for critique, or use the chart below to guesstimate:

Thank you guys I will. I'm already going through the cutting thread and will start working on that tomorrow. But besides that I have 2 questions.

    1. I already took a shot yesterday of 300mg of Test. Should I take anything so I don't get shut down or doesn't matter since it was just one time?

    2. How does my cycle look to you anyway. Just want to know if it's ok or if I need to add or take out so I can buy and plan accordingly ahead of time for when I'm ready to start and my BF is at 16%.

And thank you for the help and honesty !!!

    1. No need to take anything. You'll be just fine
    2. Cycle proposal needs a lot of work. (Strange tapering, poor timing for hCG , weak PCT, poor Clen implementation, unnecessary caber usage with an uneven spread, no blocker from day 1 evident, too many compounds for a first cycle)

In other words... 100% back to the drawing board

Wooow, So I had it all wrong, good thing I decided to post. Another question do I need to keep the Tren and HCG in the fridge?

Also since I have it all wrong can you recommend some changes and timing so I can get it ready. My supplier takes months to get anything and it's a bit of a pain in the neck. Tks

hCG only. Depending on how long it takes you to cut, you may have to order a replacement. All other gear you can keep at room temp.

Freeze the HCG , it will last a lot longer, 6 months I think maybe longer?

I agree with all the advice given above.
