    Questions about first cycle

    Hello everyone first off some info about me

    Age: 24
    Height 6' 0"
    Weight: 219
    Bf% : 19
    Exp: lifting for about 6 years
    Cycle exp : 0

    I have some questions about maybe doing my first cycle. The main thing is I'm in the military and i take a urinalysis almost monthly. 12 months ago I weighed 275 with a body fat.of 32% and realized my health was terrible. I was recovering.from a broken arm and just got lazy. I've been dieting and exercising for the past year and finally hit a platue. I been.researching about steroid for the past couple month but wanted to know if anyone had a good idea on what I should try? I got to.be carefully though because i do take urinaysis often but my main goal is to cut up but also build a little muscle, not bulk up massively "yet". Please give any information you can. Thank you!

    I would still work on reducing your BF a bit more bro. Try to get it around 15% or less.

    First, thank you for your services. Also, thank you for providing complete statistics, quite rare for a first time poster

    Congratulations on your weight loss. 32% BF down to 19% is quite an outstanding accomplishment in a 12 months span. My take on this is simple: You're doing something right! Continue reducing your BF% another 3 to 4 %. Once you're there... you can consider a Testosterone only cycle. So this next 2 months or so of continuing to cut body fat will give you time to research beginner cycles. You're in good company here and among a plethora of educating threads.

    Sorry about the double post.I'm doing it on my phone and it said failed so i reloaded the page and it posted twice. But thank you both for the info! And Austinite I'm looking forward to a test cycle! That's been my main motivation.. I'm thinking about trying a carb cutting diet for a little... Yes or no?

    No problem.

    Carb cutting diet is quite broad. There are many carb-cutting type diets. Check out Carb Cycling in the nutrition section.

    One more question... Couple guys at my gym been suggesting I get on Winnie V... I been reading up on it, they said it's not the sdi labs winni v though. They are taking it now for about 5 weeks and i can tell a big difference in both of them. Anyone have advice on if that's a go or no go?

    Are you asking about the Lab or Winstrol ?

    I believe winstrol . They just told me Winnie v and said it's not sdi labs because that one is garbage.

    I recommend what i originally suggested, and equally think that any AAS right now is a bad idea.
