Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED MIN- monitor and adjust accordingly.
    Wk 1-14.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk - day before test injection.
    PCT

Thank you for the quick response. Sorry but it leads to phishing and scamming.

OK - I read this posting of the rules : here

And it doesn't say to not discuss prices - just to be careful and not get into sources.

Number 9 reads: "There CAN be brands and UGL's talked about and pictures posted. We do have a fine line that we are asking you not to cross when posting about them. Price discussions often lead to source discussions PLEASE be cautious. Also you can pm me if you feel your post may cross the line I will be happy to assist you."

The way I took that was price discussion was fine - but to be "cautious"...
I have no problem with not being able to post prices - but you can see why I thought it was allowed. Srry.

Yes I have also read it many times and although it is not called out specifically as it should be the monitors are quick to shut down post with prices and members warned so it's best to not go there.

No biggie - I'm not trying to flex or bend rules.
    Rules are rules.

However I did specifically check them to see if it would be alright before posting.
I did a quick edit on the OP - no worries

Yeah - Pretty pumped to do a cycle the PROPER way.
6 years ago was deca250/wk for 10 wks with no ai, hcg , pct.
Yeah, I exploded, and gained all sorts of mass, but lost all of it from lack of proper nutrition, and failing to continue my training.
Sad, sad experience - but hey - hindsight is 20/20.
& at least now I have a better understanding & know what to expect & how to treat sides that may occur.

This looks REALLY nice. Gunna see all KIIIIINNNNNDDDSSS of gains.

Cycle looks good. Have you done any research on Adex? I feel it's easier to manage than Asin.

Yeah, I was actually considering it. I guess adex works right away, whereas asin can take a week or so to get going? (IF I remember right)

I would consider letro...but not for this cycle - perhaps for something more "complex" years down the road - as I don't think that I'd need something that strong.

Only time you need letro on cycle is if you are getting gyno.

My main reason for thinking about going with asin is that it is more forgiving with dosages.
Still need to keep digging into more pros & cons with diff AI's and find which I think is best.

Gyno would be pretty rare I would think running test only @ 500/wk with an AI...
This is based on the individual though. I know some are more gyno prone than others.
You suggest having it on hand anyways I'm sure though right?
Better more supplies than not enough...

^ unless you plan on doing blood work regularly, there is no telling if it's "rare". Your AI dose would be a guessing game. Additional Nolva would be needed on hand to reverse gyno. Or better yet, Raloxifine.

This will be done after a veryyyyy long cut (4months?) & definitely after a deload eating @ maintenance for awhile until I feel 110%.

Currently doing a 3 day lifting split & on a ketogenic diet. Planning on going back to carbs for the "bulk" - I just wanted to experiment with the keto diet for awhile. Makes sense how when the body runs out of dietary fat for energy, it will use bodyfat. Only about 3-4 weeks into this CKD and I'm really enjoying how "full" my muscles feel after a carb-up. (Surprisingly full of energy considering I've been "cutting" for over 3 months now)

Anyways - still haven't found the exact training program that I plan on using while on the gear. There is no way in hell I'm going to "create my own" training program, as I think that is setting myself up for failure. Most novice/intermediates who don't follow a certain routine tend to neglect body parts, and miss out on optimal training opportunities while in the gym. So that is something I'm going to dig into deeper as the time gets closer.
    Current stats:
    6'3"
    215lbs
    ~12%
    ~2200 cals on keto/day
    Macros 170F/170P/under 30C
Every other weekend I have a 24hr carb-up where fat intake is minimal, and carbs are ~ 600g in that 24hr carb-up window.

Really unique and interesting diet - and although you can bulk on it...I'm going to CARBS! Oats, yams, potatoes, brown rice IE: the GOOD stuff! lol

Goals for this cycle would be to pack on as much lean muscle as possible. This will string from the proper nutrition plan while "ON" and not going over-board. I think there will be a fine line between putting on lean mass, and putting on a bunch of weight. Plan is to eat as much as possible, while maximizing muscle mass, & minimizing the fat gain.

When I start I will have a more specific "goal" - but I don't think the scale is always a good representation of "gains".
Definitely a believer in short term & long term goals tho.

    2 years ago I was 320lbs ~ 30%BF...and now 215lbs ~12%BF.
    SLIGHT difference.

You sound like you got everything planned pretty good to me and well done on turning your bf down so much that's a great achievement.

Check out the lifting section for more detailed routines, I also have a thread in the lounge called Marcus's Diary which shows how I train which is HIT style, that may be useful for you.

What ever your doing your responding well and going in the right direction

Thanks man - always interested in new routines to keep the body guessing. The only thing that stays fairly constant (Although weight amount will vary) currently is my Friday "depletion" workout - where I lift for 2 hours taking EVERY muscle group to failure. This empties out glyocogen stores from the muscles, and gets them nice and ready for the massive amount of carbs I consume in the next 24hours.

Anyways - much appreciated - I'll definitely check it out, as I will most definitely need something new while ON.
I'm a firm believer in keeping the body guessing to ensure continual forward progress.

woow I couldn't train for 2 hours the way I train but it seems to be working glycogen depletion and loading a great way to constantly confuse the body which is a good thing if you want to be rewarded with continued results

And I'm checking out your diary. Only 44 more pages to read. Thank you.

There will be no comparison. Can't wait.
I'm already an animal in the gym with the highest intensity out of everyone.
(My biased opinion, but probably very true)

Sweating GALLONS just from lifting. lol
