    a question about test cycles!

Whats up guys! I've never done a cycle before but I was planning too( 12 week test prop) but after reading that cycles gone wrong for the young thread, I'm turned off! Is 19 too young to run a test cycle even with proper AI and PCT? My homie is 20 and has done 2 cycles already ( tren , test and clen ) and said it went well for him so I don't know whether or not to go through with it?

YOUR "HOMIE" IS NOT OUT OF THE WOODS, IT WILL CATCH UP TO HIM.

Thanks man, Ill let him know that I'm not comfortable anymore with it? Is there any type of cycle that's okay for young people or should we just stay away all together?

Just start with a steroid alternatives for now. It's a great way to learn discipline and dosing. Effective only if your diet is on point, which means you need to spend time in the nutrition section.

Simply follow instructions on the bottle: Click here.

I've heard alot of bad things about "legal steroids " like they dont work as good and have the same side effects! Whats the difference between these and regular steroids ? Do you still need a pct and ai when using these?

Nothing will give visible results if you don't know how to eat. Not even AAS. No PCT with SA's

Ok. I can appreciate a diet that is on point, so help me move forward with advice by providing the following:

    ~ What is your Height?
    ~ What is your Weight?
~ What is your body fat percentage?
    ~ What is your TDEE?
~ What is your daily Macronutrient ratios?
~ What exactly (including macros) are you eating in a typical day?

Yes 19yrs old is too young and you should use your natural high levels of test to your advantage, your diet and training are key areas for you at this stage don't think injections and oral steroids are the answer because they can be harmful to you while your still developing.

    How often do you train?
    Goals?
    diet?

^ Well, I really suggest you hit the nutrition section. Your TDEE is most likely off by nearly 400 calories. 158 grams of protein is way too low. Bulking with 150 grams of carbs just doesn't make sense.

Anyway, as you can see you don't really know how to breakdown your macros. I know this is not what you want to hear, and I'm not even talking about your age anymore, but you are too light. 158 lbs is not a good base to build off of. You will end up injured. And with your current diet (which seems to be just randomly chosen)... you will be very dissapointed with results, as you are now, hence seeking steroids .

Please give our nutrition section a shot before you waste your money. Our pro's there can assist you with your diet so that you can maximize on all the natural testosterone a man your age produces naturally.

Best of luck to you and again.. welcome aboard!
