    CEC, ECA, DNC, NYC, SCA,OTC. Which stack works the best for fat loss??

    Assuming your diet is in check, which one of those stacks will assist you the best in fat loss??

    That's a lot of acronyms I've never seen before.... Personally, I prefer clen and caffiene. Works the best for me. I like running clen aroun 140mcg a day plus a few of the old OxyElitePro while I'm at work. The ones tht still have the DMAA

    Best aas is diet....
    But to answer question tren would be best with the worst sides imo... give and take!

    Just finished a tren cycle and currently sitting at 10% bf. I'm trying to get to 5% by June for a competition. Of course diet is key, but as the question said "assist" in fat loss.

    Well, I've got a good idea where you're shopping. It's hard to go wrong with Clen , T3, or ECA. Each one will have their pro's and cons. For instance, I'm a huge advocate for clen, but I'll soon be starting an ECA stack because I like to use it as a pre workout and it makes me crazy.....in a good way! So, too each his own. Sometimes it's all about experimenting with yourself. (Take that however you like)_ lol

    ThisIs very useful information thanks! I personally hate how clen makes me feel and want to avoid it. I was thinking of combining CEC & ECA together. Your right it's all about trial and error to see how your body responds. i

    There would be no need to do both. It would even be dangerous.

    ECA = Ephedrine, Caffiene, Asprine
    CEC = T3, Ephedrine, Caffiene.

    You're doubling up on ephedrine and caffiene. Not good. Why don't you just add asprin to the CEC stack and call it good.

    Another thing. T3 will eat away at muscle. It's usually not recommended to take it unless you're currently using aas.

    True I could just asprin to the CEC stack. Do you think I can cycle Cec for 2 weeks then eca for the remaining?? The last week would be to remove water weight nearly completely. 400mg of caffeine is quite a lot if I combine the two. T3 would be @ 50mcg. I don't think that would be enough to cause muscle loss. I've ran t3 quite Alot at doses up to 140mcg.

    You would need or want to. If my memory serves correctly Ephedrine will eventually down regulate beta receptors and alpha recepters, but not at the rate clen down-regulates beta 2 receptors. Unlike Clen which specifically targets the Beta 2 Receptors, Ephedrine will hit them all, but not even close to as hard as clen hits Beta 2's. That being said there's no need to run ephedrine at a 2 on 2 off protocol. You can run it MUCH longer. I would be careful about running the T3 for longer than 8 weeks, though that's just my opinion and what I believe.

    So, to answer your question. Just get the CEC and run it just like you would run T3, just make sure not to go over 150mg of ephedrine in one day. (At least that's what my box of primatene says.)

    The cycle that's worked best for me was clen /T4/keto/HGH while I was on Test Prop. I did cardio 4 time a week and ate really clean. I went from about 14% bf to 9% in about 4 weeks.
